How it works: Everyone wants a dog who walks nicely on a leash, comes when called, sits on command, and goes potty outside. But if that’s not happening at your home, we can help. You make an appointment for a free phone consultation so that we can discuss your particular situation. We then design a training program with the content and length tailored specifically for you and your dog.
Shawn Ryan, who handles SafeJourney training, earned a master’s degree in Social Work and studied dog behavior as well as human. His training programs use motivational techniques that improve your relationship with your pet and make him or her want to learn. He offers a popular residential “boot camp” for puppies and dogs,
where they are socialized and learn basic commands.
